The Journey:
I invite you to join me in an intimate guided self-discovery journey, where we play and pray, explore our body and soul, depth and desire, get (re)acquainted with our tenderness and fury, tap into spirit of freedom and female expression of Life.
With the support of psycho-spiritual, nature-based practices, meditations, active imagination journeys, movement, breath, contemplation prompts, integration tools, and scientifically-validated techniques, we are going to unfold into the truth of who we are: awaken and embody The Feminine Power, and activate our Lightful Heart.
