Use these 5 simple ways to self regulate, and shift your energy.
1. Tap your chest area gently with your fingers.
2. Practice Heart Focused breathing: focus you attention on your heart, take 5 breaths counting to 5 on each slow inhale and deep exhale.
3. Give yourself a hug and run your hands down your arms tapping.
4. Place your feet on earth, use your imagination if you are indoors, get outdoors if possible.
5. Move your body: bounce, shake, sway, skip, sprint.
